Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Makeup Junkie Bags, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unused bags in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
